REGISTRATION: Everyone
(guests & day visitors) must report to reception on arrival.
If reception is closed seek instructions from the site wardens
who are located to your right when you arrive at the park. There
will be a sign reading “Warden on Duty” outside their
caravan.
BOOKINGS: Pitches that
are pre-booked must arrive by 6.00pm or 8.00pm on Fridays; otherwise
the pitch will be let. Late arrivals will only be accepted by
prior arrangement. We ask that you do not arrive before 2 p.m.
and that you vacate your pitch by 12 noon on the day of departure.
PAYMENT: Full
payment will be required at the time of booking. Please be sure
to calculate the full tariff accurately. In the event of a cancellation
a £20 administration charge will be retained provided 10
full days notice have been given. If less than 10 full days notice
is given no refund will be made. Bookings can be transfered to
alternative dates if 10 full days notice is given. Bookings cannot
be transfered between seasons.
JAZZ WEEKEND - Rates differ
for this weekend.
STORAGE: Anyone wishing
to use the storage facility must give notice and store their caravan
at least one hour before reception closes. No access to this area
will be permitted once reception has closed.
LARGE TENTS/UNITS: Please
inform reception if you have a tent that is longer than 7 metres
or a caravan /motor home that is longer than 8 metres, so that
you can be accommodated appropriately. Large units may be subject
to an extra pitch fee if reception has not been informed in advance
and two pitches are required to accommodate you.
GROUPS: Single sex bookings
or groups are by pre arrangement only. A bond will be levied on
all groups on arrival and refunded on departure if there have
been no complaints from other visitors or staff about bad behaviour
or excessive noise.
NOISE & NUISANCE:
Please respect others – televisions, radios, etc should
be used with consideration for other guests during the day, especially
in tents/awnings. After 10.00pm we request no noise, which might
cause annoyance to others. Anyone causing a nuisance or offence
to others will be asked leave to immediately. No refund will be
given.
CHILDREN: Children are
the responsibility of their parents or guardians. They are not
allowed to play with taps, hosepipes, fire extinguishers, chemical
disposal points or in the shower blocks. Young children must be
supervised when using the toilets and should be accompanied by
an adult in the shop. All games should be played in the recreation
field and not around tents, caravans or shower/toilet facilities.
SPEED LIMITS: 5 mph must
be strictly adhered to by all vehicles including bicycles. Motorised
scooters, roller skates/blades, skateboards are not permitted
at Brynich.
Cycling or the riding of scooters on the park is NOT permitted
after 9pm or dusk, whichever is the earlier.
DOGS: All dogs must be
kept on a short lead at all times on the park, but can be let
free in the dog exercise area. Any fouling must be removed by
the owners. Dog bins are provided in the exercise area. Dogs are
not allowed in any of the children’s play areas.
BARBEQUES: are welcome,
but only on purpose built appliances. Barbecues and hot pans must
be raised at least 10cm (4ins) off the grass and picnic tables
& not directly on the grass or picnic tables where they may
cause damage.
GROUND SHEETS: Under NO
circumstances are ground sheets/coverings permitted in awnings
other than environmentally friendly ones (except for tents). Any
coverings which may cause damage to the grass will be removed.
Carpets are strictly prohibited. Any tent, caravan or motor home
wishing to stay on a grass pitch for more than 10 days will have
to be relocated to the another pitch during their stay.
COMMERCIAL VEHICLES: Commercial
vehicles are not permitted at Brynich.
PARK MANAGEMENT: The proprietors
will not be held responsible for any damage to clients property
(by whatever means) or for any injury to persons whilst staying
on the park.
CHEMICAL DISPOSAL: Only
biodegradable items should be disposed of at this facility. Sanitary
products and ‘moist wipes’ must not be placed in the
chemical disposal points.
BRYNICH is a family orientated
site:
We reserve the right to terminate or decline the booking of any
guest who, in the sole opinion of the management, is likely to
or actually causes interference to the general comfort of any
other guest.
