Weekly lets
are from Friday to Friday, unless agreed otherwise. |

Weekly rates are per
property for 4 to 7 nights. |

Short Break rates are
per property for 2 or 3 nights and may commence on any day of
the week or weekend. |

Short breaks are generally
not available during Peak Season. Please call and speak to us
as sometimes we will be able to accommodate you. |

All electric, water
and heating costs are included in the above rates. |

Prices do not include
Pet charges. Pets are charged at £20 per week or £10
for a short break
(Sorry we have to charge but they do cause extra cleaning).

Pets are not permitted
in bedrooms or on the furniture. Dogs must be kept under strict
control at all times and are not to be allowed to foul the grounds
and gardens or the properties. Pets must not be left unattended. |

All bed linen (except
cot linen) is included at no extra charge. Towels are provided.

A deposit of 20% is
required for each booking. Until the deposit is received the
booking is deemed provisional. |
| 10 |
Balance is due 8 weeks
before the start of the planned holiday, If the booking is made
less than 8 weeks in advance, full payment is required. |

Cancellation insurance
is recommended, as in normal circumstances payments are non-refundable.

Arrival time is 4.00pm
and departure time is 10.30 am unless agreed otherwise. |

All losses or damage
to the property or contents (including the soiling of carpets
and soft furnishings) however caused, must be paid. If cottages
are left in a particularly untidy state, additional cleaning
costs will be passed on. |

We ask that customers keep noise to a minimum and respect
other customers & neighbours at all times. No noise is
allowed after 12 midnight. Amplifiers are not permitted inside
or outside the cottages at any time.

cottages at Brynich are non smoking cottages. |
