Brynich has been in the Jones family since 1966, starting life as the family farm and evolving over the years to the business you see today. Brother and sister, Mark and Cath, still own and run Brynich with Mark’s wife, Becca, and a team of dedicated staff.
Mark and Becca live in the farmhouse at Brynich and run the cottages. They are always around to make sure you have everything you need in the lead up to your function and during your stay.
Our Function Manager and Wedding Coordinator Katie’s warmth and enthusiasm is matched by her natural planning skills. Katie takes great joy from doing a job well and will never fail to put you and your guests at ease right through the planning stages and on the day of your event.
Working alongside Katie is our other long-standing wedding coordinator Rebecca (known as Bec P). Bec has been with us at Brynich for over 20 years and is known for her attention to detail. Bec takes pride in making every event a success. Our friendly and efficient bookkeeper, Juliette, takes care of all the paperwork and financial aspects of your booking.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for our team and you will always be offered a warm and efficient service on the day of your function.

Our function manager and wedding coordinator, Arianwen (known as Ari), will take excellent care of you throughout the planning process and on the day of your event. Ari is a natural planner with an approachable, hands-on style and will always do her best to look after you and your guests.

every event a success. Our friendly and efficient bookkeeper, Jane, takes care of all the paperwork and financial aspects of your booking.
The rest of the team will offer a warm and efficient service on the day of your function. Nothing is ever too much trouble for our staff and they all take pride in making every event a success.

At Brynich we try to minimise our impact on the environment:
We believe in
Using power and water sensibly, and we generate at least 30% of our electricity using solar energy.
Using less electricity and gas year on year by improving lighting and insulation and by switching to energy efficient appliances.
Making every effort to manage our land in a way that protects our biodiversity – at the end of 2020 we planted 10,000 trees on the farm to improve habitat for wildlife.
Having a realistic environmental policy and sticking to it!
