Wedding Guests

Attending a wedding here with us? Here's some useful information.

The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of the ceremony time. We recommend arriving at the venue at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. For example, if the ceremony is at 1pm, arrive for 12:30pm.

We have a large car park at the back of the building with plenty of space.

You are welcome to leave your car here over night.

We ask that confetti is only provided by the couple and is 100% biodegradable.

The couple will have chosen the drinks and location for their drinks reception, our staff will be on hand to point you in the right direction. The drinks reception could be indoors or outdoors depending on the weather.  We always reccommend bringing a coat and suncream with you! We have coat-hooks in the toilet lobbies.

The bar will open after the ceremony and accepts both cash and card payments. We ask that you drink responsibly.  Only beverages purchased from our bar can be consumed onsite, this is due to our licence conditions. The couple may be charged a fee if guests are found to be drinking their own alcohol.

Last orders will be called between 23:15 and 23:45.

One of our catering partners will have been selected by the couple to cater the Wedding Breakfast. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements please let the couple know so they can inform the caterers.

If you would like to purchase any local gifts for the couple, please get in touch and we can arrange this for you.

The gift can be wrapped and available for you to collect the morning of the wedding or we can pass this straight onto the couple for you. Please see fift ideas below.

We are fully accessible for disabled guests, but please let us or the couple know in advance as one of our doors requires a temporary ramp.

We advise booking a taxi in advance to guarantee a lift, we suggest you book your taxi between 23:45 - 00:15.
