Wedding Signs
Barn at Brynich, Brecon, LD3 7SH
When it comes to wedding signs, there a few things to think about.

Invitations:
When sending out your invites, it's important to have all of the key information on there.
The date, the address of the venue, the time guests should arrive. We've put together some useful information our couples can send to their guests here: https://www.brynich.co.uk/wedding-guests
Wedding signs are both welcoming and informative. We have a large chalkbaord in both the Barn and the Grainshed which can be used for any sign you like, or something unique to you!
Welcome sign - Guests will know for sure they are at the right venue for your wedding day. We can put this out for you on the morning of your wedding day. We have 2 easels here which can be used for various signs.
Timeline / Order of the day - This can be helpful for guests to know the running of the day and when to be expected where. These should be as accurate as possible and allow room for flexibility. A plan for the day can also be beneficial for any guests who are neurodiverse.
Seating plan - this is a MUST. Guests should have an easy to read, easy to understand guide to where they will be sat for the wedding breakfast. There are different ways to have the layout of your seating plan.
- If you have banquet style tables, a good way to do the seating plan is to draw the tables and add names either side.
- When having numbered or named tables, you can use this as the title and list the names of guests below each heading.
- An alternative way of displaying the table plan is to have an alphabetical list of names, with their table number next to their name. We love this idea as it's easier for guests to read.

Table names or numbers - These should be large, clear and easy to read as your guests enter the room to find the table they are sitting at.
Drinks reception - There have been some lovely personalised signs during the drinks reception here at Brynich, wether that be signature cocktail signs, a giant crossword for guests to complete or a quirky guest book. These personal touches can really make your wedding day memorable.
